Przesłuchałem, no i myślę, że było warto. Długość trochę wymęczyła, ale utwory nastawione na przygodę i akcję co raz dodawały energii i funu. Klimat, bogate brzmienie i instrumentarium, fajny temat (którego mogłoby być jednak więcej), wszystko to do czego przyzwyczaił już nas Wintory.

Tak jak inne prace Austina w tym roku, urokliwe, miejscami nawet budzące podziw, ale na dłuższą metę nudnawe i raczej do zapomnienia. Brakuje tu flow, charakteru i tematyki jego wyjściowych prac, no ale i w jego przypadku ilość idzie chyba przed jakość, choć nadal czuć, że zostawił w tej pracy dużo siebie, jednak nie rajcuje już to tak jak kiedyś w wspomnianych przeze mnie Abzu czy The Pathless.

W sumie mam podobne odczucia. Zaczęło się to bardzo ładnie i naprawdę chciałem polubić ten soundtrack, ale wraz ze słuchaniem, coraz bardziej zaczynał mnie on nudzić. Przy Journey Austin zachwycał, Abzu i The Pathless też były fajne, ale coś za bardzo za zaczął się powtarzać i nie odczuwam nic świeżego, ciekawego w tej muzyce.

Jak to zwykle bywa, po przejściu "Sword of the Sea" i powtórnej przygodzie z soundtrackiem, nieco przychylniej spojrzałem na tą pracę Austina, choć to nadal najmniej charyzmatyczna praca Wintory'ego dla studia Giant Squid, choć teraz może załapie się do mojego Top 10 game scorów roku
