This is the Theme of Awakening. Our heroes accept painful truths, face reality.
It's more modern than the other themes, more like an indie-rock ballad, without a make-up of a traditional mystery/period-drama score.

Track of the Day: #29 REBORN
Dr. Frankenstein meets his creation - Proteus. This is a very fragile moment, full of anxiety, awe and intimacy. It's quite different from previous classical adaptations. Our Victor Frankenstein doesn't scream "It's alive, it's alive!". For him it's much more personal, going beyond scientific exploration.
This theme is also present when the young Victor looses his mother, which ignites his obsession with defeating the barrier between life and death.

In Frankenstein's lab, the Creature awakens to the terrifying and lonely life.
I forgot that we were in England, and my Eastern European roots took over completely and without restraint. How else would I have expressed the agony of our existence, the futility of all our efforts?
