Lalka znowu skopała wydanie

I began listening to LaLa's "The Challenge". I stopped after Track Two(2) "The Wrong Sword"- totally missing are the steel mixing bowls????? There absince for me totally ruins this brilliant cue. Either LaLa should have a recall of this flawed remaster, or I am going to return both copies for a refund.

Akurat ten Goldsmith jest wart uwagi, na szczęście mam wydanie Prometheusa

Sprawa się powoli wyjaśnia:

Simply put: The Prometheus one used the WRONG TAKE. The La-La Land one used the correct takes - Takes 5 and 7. Why the Prometheus one is incorrect is anyone's guess (most likely it was the Prometheus album's producer, Ford A Thaxton's preference) . This is something we discovered when working on the album late in the game and forgot to have Jeff revise his notes. We didn't include the Prometheus one on this release because I simply didn't think it was that big of a deal.

well, the LLL announcement notes changing the last track which was incorrect on the Prometheus, so they knew it was some kind of a deal, maybe even a "big deal."

Czyli tak naprawdę to Lalka zrobiła poprawną, filmową wersję, a Prometheus wydał niefilmową wersję, którą preferował producent Thaxton. I o ile Lala End Title zamieściła w "błędnej" wersji jako wersję alternatywną, to już utwór drugi nie.

La-La Land Records and Activision present the original soundtrack CD to the 2003 video game, Call of Duty™.

Call of Duty is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision in 2003. The game simulates the infantry and combined arms warfare of World War II.

Michael Giacchino, the composer of the soundtrack, started his career at Disney Interactive, and was later contracted to write the score for Call of Duty's predecessor, Medal of Honor. Due to this previous work, Activision signed him on to compose the score for Call of Duty. Comparing his work on Call of Duty and Medal of Honor, Giacchino aimed for a score that would reflect the "chaos that surrounds you in times of combat and also of the millions of prayers that must have been said in the darkest of moments." He felt that Medal of Honor lacked "the ugliness of war in its more combat action moments," which he sought to rectify in Call of Duty's soundtrack by making it more "visceral and brutal."
