In the box-office before the arrival The Hobbit next weekend, Skyfall returned to the number-one spot at the box office, becoming the first film since Avatar to lead the chart in its fifth week. It also became the highest grossing Sony release of all time.
Skyfall topped the domestic rankings with an estimated $11.0 million (down a slim 34 percent from last weekend), which brings its North American total to a stunning $261.1 million. It’s difficult to adequately express how incredible — and somewhat inexplicable — Skyfall’s run has been.

jakby to kogoś interesowało, to w Media Markt widziałem niezłą przecenę na autobiografię Moore'a - 15 zł za wersję podstawową i 20 zł za twardą oprawę z obwolutą. A kniga przy tym grubaśna i naprawdę ładnie wydana.

mam od dnia premiery. genialna książka. jedna z najlepszych autobiografii jakie czytałem, a czytałem dziesiątki. napisana z typowym dla Rogera humorem, bez prania brudów, z wieloma fantastycznymi szczegółami i opowieściami. opisuje śmiech jak i łzy, operacje, przeżycia. nie tylko dla fanbojów i nie tylko o bondzie, a raczej o nim jak najmniej. ostatnio tak zachwyciła mnie tylko młodsza autobiografia Keitha Richardsa, choć to inny kaliber z masą syfu i hardkoru, troszku przekoloryzowany przez ghostów miejscami.

"[The producers] said they wanted a dramatic ballad basically,” Epworth said. “With having read the script and trying to set the whole thing up in that context, where it happens in the film, there was really only one thing it could be. It was interesting to want to do something that was simultaneously dark and final, like a funeral, and to try and turn it into something that was not final. A sense of death and rebirth.”
”Within 10 minutes, she put down most of the vocals,” he says. “She had the lyrics ready in her head when she drove over. It was the most absurd thing. She’s fast, but it was really quite phenomenal.”
