Elektroniczny fun, ale tylko na krótką metę. Po kilku kawałkach powszednieje i zaczyna nudzić, ale to komedia, więc czego się spodziewać poza tym, że ma grać dla rozrywki i przy okazji jakieś tempo narzucać...

Wiadomo, że jutro nie będzie się tego pamiętać, ale ten mariaż elektroniki i orkiestry zagrał nawet fajnie, a w filmie szczególnie wybił mi się kawałek z finałowej konfrontacji, który i bez niego daje radę i ogólnie bardziej żałuję czasu na film, niż na score

“When writing any score,” shares Shapiro, “I like to assemble a good list of ingredients. For the score to ‘Wolfs’, Jon Watts had a fascinating combination of ideas that formed the ingredient list. He wanted a largely electronic score. But he also wanted the music to have subtle reflections of Carl Stalling’s music for Looney Tunes cartoons. And he wanted the kind of bold colors that might have a tinge of a spaghetti western feeling, plus a variety of strange percussion sounds. Those ingredients form the sound of ‘Wolfs’. The score features the cimbalom, an Eastern European stringed instrument that is struck with hammers; a variety of vintage synthesizers; a host of odd percussion; and also subtle gestures that cling to the action the way a cartoon score might. It is an unusual concoction but one that hopefully captures the essence of Jon’s singular vision.”

Trochę szkoda, że tak przyjemny i ciekawy score Theodore Shapiro został przez forum całkowicie zignorowany.
Pomysłowe wykorzystanie cymbałków i jak na tego typu granie z pogranicza thrillera i kina szpiegowskiego muzyka jest naprawdę przystępna.

Czytając ten opis i rady od reżysera nie zazdrościłem Shapiro. Toż to jedna z gorszych rad dla kompozytora jaką widziałem. A i tak jakoś udało się Shapiro z tego wyjść i w efekcie otrzymaliśmy, ciekawy moim zdaniem, score.

Faktycznie klimatyczna muza z fajną elektroniką, a za wzór niech służy pierwszy kawałek.

Sam film już słabszy. Widać, że Pitt i Clooney mieli dużo frajdy, ale widz już niekoniecznie, dosyć suchy humor i scenariusz, ale to ponoć największy filmowy hit Apple i już mówi się o sequelu.

świetny klimat muzyka robi w filmie no i mądrze i wyraźnie jest podłożona. ciekawe skąd wpadli na takie nazwisko, i że George nie zadzwonił po Olka.

film realizacyjnie super, ale w połowie męczące się stało oglądanie tytułowego duetu i tych sucharów.
imho dzieciak aktorsko wszystkich okradł i każdą scenę.

Yep, jeszcze nie tak dawno się zastanawiano czy film w ogóle powstanie, a tu bum, premiera 1 maja na Prime.

Nie wiedziałem, że w ogóle była pierwsza część? Ale Theodore Shapiro to dobry i pomysłowy kompozytor, a więc może być ciekawie. Naturalnie o ile Blake Lively nie będzie tu miała jakiś problemów z produkcją i muzyką.
