Patrząc na to jak rozbudowane ma studio i ile osób mu pomaga, to można przypuszczać, że on tam tylko jest teraz od podpisywania kontraktów i inkasowania gaż.

Obejrzałem "The Time Traveler’s Wife", muzyka miło dawała o sobie znać, toteż sięgnąłem po soundtrack i miło się zaskoczyłem. Mocno dojrzała, klasyczna i dramatyczna ścieżka, całość to jakby mix Marianelliego i Desplata z pięknie wypieszczonym wykonaniem, brzmieniem, ładnym tematem, a nawet emocjami. Jest tu też w tle sporo klimatycznych elektronicznych struktur na myśl przywodzących Martineza, a nawet dramatycznego Hornera z takich pozycji jak Dom z piasku i mgły.
Przeszkodą może być ponadwymiarowy czas trwania, mimo, iż panują tu różne nastroje, od komedii, po grozę, to jednak te ciągnące się długie nastrojowe kompozycje potrafią na dłuższą metę znużyć. Mimo, wszystko jednak łatwo docenić walory tej pracy i w swojej kategorii to jedna z lepszych ścieżek roku, mimo, iż trzeba się przemóc by szarpnąć się na kolejny odsłuch

Romantyczne, klasyczne granie, które można śmiało podłożyć pod kolejną kostiumową ekranizację Jane Austen lub pod świat z uniwersum Downton Abbey. Przyjemne w odsłuchu. Jest nieco elektroniki, ale bardzo mało.
