A jak wyda Lala , Quartet lub inny music label to już nie kupisz??

Kupię, tylko że "An American Tail", "Balto" i "The Land Before Time" wydała Intrada, więc i to powinni wydać

Just an early update on two releases coming January 11.
One is a reissue, but from newly transferred elements at a higher bit rate to reveal more details in the recording.
The second is a significantly expanded reissue.

Paramount ma teraz taką serię UHD 4K Paramount Presents, częstą gęsto izolowana ścieżka dodana jako feature, pierwsze 48 też ma,
wydaje mi się, że nawet sekundy materiału więcej niż na płycie nie ma w filmie, ale można masterować (szukać lepszych źródeł) w nieskończoność

Niech jeszcze wydadza Red Heat rozszerzony i bedzie komplet Hornerowych uwertur na shakuhachi. Muzy z Another 48 hrs nie pamietam, ale to podobno wlasnie Horner dodal i rozwinal troche muze w stosunku do pierwszej czesci. Sporo mu tego nie wykorzystali w filmie, ale dlatego tez jest jej znacznie wiecej na wydaniu.

Remastered reissue of iconic 1980’s action score! Hit film brought super-stardom to Eddie Murphy as convict released from prison for 48 hours to assist detective Nick Nolte in pursuit of violent criminals James Remar, Sonny Landham. Frank McRae, Annette O’Toole also feature. Walter Hill directs, Roger Spottiswood scripts with Hill & Larry Gross and Steven E. De Souza, Paramount Pictures presents tough action picture with comic touches in 1982. James Horner introduces dynamic action vernacular that became one of his signatures: Solid rhythmic foundation, pulsating tempo, unison low tuba and trombone writing in octaves without harmony offering powerful weight to the action. Also adding to the musical proceedings are four punchy original songs by The BusBoys, including signature end title, “(The Boys Are) Back In Town”. Music remained unreleased, with audience demand being high, until Intrada premiered it in 2011. New 2022 release is presented from all-new hi-res transfers of original Dan Wallin stereo mixes, offering superior audio. New master elements also allow for premiere of Horner’s never-before-heard and unused, leaner take on the familiar “Main Title” which removes descending electronics, emphasizes clarity in rhythmic activity. Also premiering are a handful of additional score alternates plus session keyboardist Ralph Grierson’s “Saratoga Blues” source cue. Finally, one editorial “pick-up” made by Horner and recorded at the scoring sessions was accidentally duplicated with “The Walden Hotel” cue on the 2011 release - this music is now correctly presented. Slightly revised packaging by Kay Marshall adds impact. Orchestrations by Greig McRitchie, James Horner composes, conducts. Premiere release of complete score for hit action sequel! Spectacular box office success of first 48 Hrs. picture and launch of Eddie Murphy into super-stardom virtually guaranteed Another 48 Hrs. Second go-round for dynamite duo of grizzled cop Nick Nolte pairing with ex-con Eddie Murphy shoves comic episodes in back seat, places emphasis on drama and action with darker-edged tale that uses plot elements of first movie as stepping stones to anchor new (albeit similar) violent crime thriller. Walter Hill is back to direct, Paramount Pictures again presents. James Horner also returns as well, using motifs from his first score as a foundation to this more substantial work. This one is bigger, longer, more action-driven. Heavy editing of the score with much truncating of cues and dropping of several pieces altogether result in much more music being recorded than was ultimately used in the finished picture. Just four cues appeared on the original 1990 Scottish Bros. album, reducing weight of things still further. Intrada is happy to present all of the music Horner scored for this sequel, presenting the music in a sequence as close to his original intentions as could be done while retaining the musicality of his exciting score. The entire CD has been mastered from the two-track stereo mixes made by Shawn Murphy at the scoring sessions. Following the initial score presentation are a handful of additional alternate sequences that were dropped from the film as well. As with the first movie, Horner scored much of the trombone and tuba writing to play in unison, utilizing octaves without harmony. Resulting timbre is stark, powerful, dramatic. Aggressive rhythms, vivid orchestrations, striking shakuhachi are additional assets. Dynamic recording yet another plus! Orchestrations by Greig McRitchie. James Horner composes, conducts. Dougla Fake i Roger Feigelson czyli Intrada wydała właśnie kolejny re-recording Jerry Goldsmitha do wczesnych filmów z jego kariery tj. "Black Patch" oraz "The Man"

Podobnie jak wydany kilka lat temu King of Kings Rozsy, to wydanie Intrady zostało ufundowane przez Kickstarter z zrzutek słuchaczy.

Muzykę wykonują Royal Scottish National Orchestra (wcześniej nagrywali re-reci Varese np. Superman czy Patton). Dyryguje William Stromberg - znany do tej pory z re-recordingów Moskiewskiej orkiestry głównie Herrmanna dla jego wytwórni Tribute.

Rekonstrukcję partytury wykonał z kolei Leigh Phillips znany z ekipy Prażan i Tadlowa, wcześniej dla Prażan rekonstruował Conany chociażby a z Goldsmitha np. Thrillery, Blue Maxa, Salamandra i kilka scorow Rozsy (Ben-Hur, Quo Vadis, Sodom and Gomorrah itd).
