Chodzą głosy, że mogą wydać Volunteers Hornera (ulubionym Hornerem Feigelsona jest The Journey Of Natty Gann, także z 1985r.).

One Special Collection release from the mid-80s. Pretty obscure film by a pretty big composer. A few hoops to jump through to get this one out. It's perhaps my favorite score by this composer, although it runs neck and neck with another score he composed that same year.

The second album is a 2-CD set featuring music from a short-lived TV series with a lot of different composers represented, including George Duning. This is a volume two of some sort.

To nie jest czasem jego pierwszy orkiestrowy score? Trzeba będzie obadać, bo Alan z tego okresu początkowego jest dość świeży (mając na uwadze, co "chwilę" później będzie wyczyniał w Powrocie do P. i Predziu).

Przesłuchane , powiem tak po pierwszym tracku myślałem , że zwymiotuje . Tandetna elektronika . Na szczęście im bardziej wgłąb tym lepiej , bo symfonicznie.

The Train a zwłaszcza Plan Ride po prostu miażdżą , fajne budowanie napięcia w plan take off.

Generalnie 3 albo 3 ,5 solidna muza .

Przesłuchałem. Nigdy nie byłem fanem Silvestriego, ale ponieważ są score'y, które lubię, a to mi nie wyglądało na coś pokroju (nie tylko przez dekadę, w której powstało ) jako potencjalne GI Joe czy coś takiego, postanowiłem sprawdzić.

Niestety, toporne to dla mnie. Chyba Silvestri to nie jest kompozytor, w którym mógłbym się "zakochać".

Co prawda krzywdząco jest oceniać całość dokonań Silvestriego na tle czegoś takiego jak "Fandango", niemniej zgodzę się z Pawłem, że to jest jeszcze raczej dalekie od finest hour Silvestri'ego, choć na pewno topornym nie nazwałbym tego. Strasznie archaicznie brzmi pop-score, który Silvestri już uprawiał przed fazą swojej symfonicznej twórczości. Album wydaje się stworzony trochę na siłę (kilka minut tam tylko muzyki w filmie wylądowało), album prezentuje wszystko to, co Alan nagrał pierwotnie na potrzeby filmu. Underscore przyprawiony lekką latynoską gitarką zapowiada choćby Young Guns II (czy Mexicana). Warta uwagi jest właściwie część akcyjna/przygodowa muzyki, która już jest bardzo podobna do tego co chwilę później Alan popełni do Back to the Future, choć tu brakuje i tematycznej brawury i rozmachu BTTF, które mogłyby tą muzykę pociągnąć ponad funkcjonalność muzyki akcji, z której Alana znamy. Jest fajnie i to tyle. Krótki albumik, ale raczej tylko dla kolekcjonerów Silvestriego i tych, którzy lubią śledzić to, jak rozwija się styl danego kompozytora
